Vehicle Requirements:

• Ability to tow 920lb trailer with 87lb tongue weight.
• Current liability insurance.
• Class I rated (or higher) hitch with 2-inch ball 14" from ground level (+/- 2") preferred.
• 4 or 7 pin electrical connector for brake / signal / tail lights.

Driver Requirements:

• At least 25 years of age.
• Valid US drivers license.
• Must be present at trailer pick-up.
• Provide major credit card with photo ID at trailer pick-up.

Minimums and Deposits:

• 3-night minimum rental period.
• Full amount of rental charged on credit card at time of reservation.
• $300 returnable security deposit hold via major credit card.

Reservation/Cancellation Policies:

• Reservations are confirmed via email
• Cancellations 30+ days from pickup date are fully refundable.
• 14-30 days prior to reserved rental start period - $75 cancellation fee.
• Less than 14 days prior to rental start period - Full rental fee charged.

Pick-ups and Returns:

• Pick up Monday through Friday at time set during reservation creation.
• Weekend pickup available for an additional fee.
• Drop off Sunday through Saturday before 7pm - Key drop available.
• Late returns subject to $150 fee, plus additional amount to cover losses to Kozy Escapes LLC in the case a late return impacts another client's rental period.

Cleanliness/Damage Policy:

• Customer is responsible for all damage or expenses to return unit to condition as rented.
• A cleaning fee will be assessed if not returned in as-rented condition.
• Fees charged to credit card on file.

Restrictions:

• Trailer travel allowed in US only; travel to Mexico and Canada is prohibited.
• No smoking/vaping allowed in trailer cabin space - subject to deposit forfeiture plus cleaning fees.
• Out of respect to our clients with allergies, we do not allow pets in trailer cabin space - subject to deposit forfeiture plus cleaning fees.

Payments:

• Major credit cards accepted for reservation deposit and rental fees.
